Shipping

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM MT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM MT will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM MT will begin processing on the following Monday.  Dragonfly  will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided from credit verification.

We use U.S. Postal Service and UPS for delivery.  We are sorry but  we  cannot ship to a PO Box and cannot guarentee Saturday delivery.  If you require express, 2 – day, or overnight shipping, please call us at 303.433.6331 for additional shipping charge information.  If you would like to have your package shipped internationally, please send us an email to veronicahlatky@yahoo.com with your address and we will calculate the exact shipping costs for you.***DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS***

Please Note:  Out of state orders will NOT be charged sales tax.  Orders shipping to an address in the state of Colorado will be charged 7.72% sales tax.
